The fold out bed I slept on was very comfortable. I found it a little inconvienient that the bathroom sink was out side the bathroom, but that may come in handy for some people. I was trying to sleep in late since I was out late, and it gets a little loud in the mornings, but there were no crazy parties or anything.
My only beef about the hotel itself is that there are two computers for guests with a ten minute limit for internet, ect. There were kids there for hours hogging the computers and I complaned to the staff and they did nothing. The closest internet cafe I found (there may be closer) is on fairfax and melrose, which is quite a hike, so if you want internet, bring your own computer, or ask the staff if there's a closer internet cafe.
The location is good, especially if you have a car. I'd like to summarize by saying this is a great value. Clean hotel, fairly quiet, decent location.

The Residence Inn Beverly Hills was a great hotel with an exceptional staff. THe rooms are newly renovated and they were installing 32" flat Panel TVs while we were there. The breakfast is freen and it is hot full breakfast buffet with omellettes cooked to order, waffles, fruit, cereals, yogurt, etc... Free High Speed internet was reliable and they also have free evening socail hour with beer and wine finger foods, salads, home made cookies. THe staff is wonderful from the housekeepers, front desk, valet parkers all were so friendly and remember your name!!
