"Notified internet was down by a note taped to the counter. We were informed they didn't expect it working anytime soon. We would have liked knowing when we made reservations, they shrugged. Room #1 the toilet seat was broken. Room #2 no ashtray, few towels.It was under the bed, dirty. Elevator the sounded dangerous! Nothing on the breakfast buffet that we could eat other than hard boiled eggs. The coffee cups were almost as small as espresso cups. If there had been rooms anywhere else, we would have moved. Maybe the shortage of allows them to be indifferent. I would not recommend this place."

This is the only Holiday Inn Express that we have stayed in that was this bad. The overall feel of the hotel was old and dirty. The rooms are very dated and furniture and fixtures need replacing. The sheets had an unpleasant odor. We will never stay in this place again!

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They did not, however, give us more coffee the second night, and we missed that. One light bulb was out. Breakfast bar was bad. No cinnamon rolls on Friday and no cream cheese for bagels either day. Overall, a good place to stay.

The service was really good and it was so close to the Casino you really can't beat it for the price. Great breakfast and swimming pool!
