Not that good

Very close to City bus terminal so you will see, hear and breathe the smog of hundreds of cars and buses 24 hours a day. Internet service in the room is a trick. They will charge you around one US dollar per minute for its use. The business center charges 20 RM for half an hour. Other hotels with even lower rates provide internet service for free. The quality of rooms are all the same (okay) so don't bother to get more expensiver room. You will just throw your money out. Beware if you reserve your room online they will charge you an additional 15 % on top of the listed price. Overall it is not worth more than $50 per night for Malaysia. The guy in charge of the swimming pool and spa smokes in the spa, sauna and its bathroom. He thinks it is normal and ok.

Everything worked in the room!Business center was lacking in that it was not quiet. It seems as if it was a part time nursery.

Swiss Garden

I have stayed in various hotels in Kuala Lumpur, including Federal, Swiss Garden, Bintang Warisan, Shangri-La, and the Renaissance, but my favourite is still Swiss Garden. It is located not far from the Puduraya Bus Station, but is thankfully quiet. The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious - perfect after a day out. Prices are not really expensive--check out the travel sites for deals. I always go for www.travelasia.com. For the more budget conscious, there's Bintang Warisan and the Federal Hotel, both right in the heart of the Bukit Bintang area of shopping, pubs, and other nightlife.

Best Things About the Resort:

Resort Experience:
It is a central convenient location. The staff is helpful and non-intrusive. It was a happy and no problem stay. The restaurant and lobby are crowded during "group" arrivals and departures, however the "concierge" is helpful about taking care of luggage after room check out. The resort pool was closed for renovation during our stay, and is too small in any case.
