the desk clerk was rude not helpful, the room stank of bad odor,the t.v. remote was broken and the bathtub and toilet were not working properly.I asked to move my room and/or de-odorize my room( gave the maid an extra $* to do this)but it still smell real bad,no fixing of remote for t.vtoilet and bathtub were leaking water on floor.just a very bad stay and we could not resolve this matter so we just only slept there only and left very early on check out date on the 19th.

The shower had either cold setting or HOT setting, and there was no tub. It really needed repairs to the tiling also. We complained, and got it to go to barely warm, but we will definately NOT do this hotel again.

We found a four inch cockroach crawling on the wall we we checked in. We wanted to check out but the made us pay for one day. Will never go back. Not close to the park either.

The room was a good size. Everything was fine. I liked the playground for families with kids. Very close to front gate and great price!

The front desk person was quite courteous and went out of his way to find a crib for our baby. The room was clean and neat, but the bathroom was a little run down. If you or someone else flushed the toilet or turned on the sink, the person in the shower knew it. Continental Breakfast was a bit sparse. Cofffee, juice, and packaged danishes. The location was excellent. Across the street from Disney parking lot and a shuttle stop right next door. It is just on the edge of what is a comfortable walk, and I do recomend the $3 for he disney shuttle.
