We had such a wonderful time. I was really worried when I booked the hotel because you really don't know until you get there. Sometimes the pictures on the internet are old or misleading. This hotel's pictures were right on! Everybody was so extremely friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The views were breath-taking! The sun rise and sun set are unbelievable. We ate at their restaurants and the food and service was top of the line. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are going back on vacation in August. This hotel really is a 5 Star Hotel. You won't be disappointed!

First impressions are hard to shake. We were unable to unload our car upon arrival at the lobby, being waved on through by bell hops. Front desk service, landscaping and location were outstanding. Complimentary Voss & strawberries were very thoughtful and timely. Peak season prices seem a little high for no inclusive activities or sports equipment. Most everything was extra including music channels on television. Lots of families with children. Would return during offseason.

This hotel is very nice, the service is great and the beach was really beautiful.

We stumbled across this hotel when we changed our vacation plans last minute. I just walked in the door without a reservation and we were immediately upgraded to a poolside/ocean view room. We were thrilled, everything was perfect, and the staff was great. Everyone beginning with the front desk help, and especially Bill the bellman, was gracious and friendly. Rooms were spotless, beach was clean and beautiful. Honestly, we couldn't have been happier, and we will return for a longer stay.
