My wife and I went here for our anniversary and from the minute we checked in, the staff was incredible; absolute first class service all the way! Our room was beautiful, we will be back to visit next year, only this time with our 2 year old son!! This was perfect for only couples or families. The beach was awesome; the best hotel manager i have ever dealt with and deserves many pats on the back. This hotel was more than we expected; blew us away with service/beauty...a moment we will never forget!!! highly recommended to stay at this property, you wont/cant be disappointed!!!

Very clean, great food, outstanding views, friendly service,fun pool and bar area and the beach cannot be beat. During our stay, there was a family reunion, a wedding and a 50th anna. celebration going on, and yet the hotel never seemed crowded. We will be coming back.

When we first arrived at the hotel we were a little earlier than check-in. They told us our room wasn't ready yet but that they would put it at the top of the cleaning list and call us when ready. Sure enough very shortly later we recieved our call. The room well exceeded expectations it was clean, spacious, and accomidating. Staff was also very friendly. The food, from what we had, was pretty good although the staff in the Island Grille wasn't overly attentive. The pool, courts, & beach were the most enjoyable, especially for kids & teens.

The maid service was great. The pool was to small for the size of hotel. Should have an adult pool only because large amounts of families with small kids. Shower area could be better coming from beach. Our room had the worst view of any hotel I ever stayed in . It was the roof view with all kinds of noisy things that made our balacony a joke. We were on 3rd floor. Suprised at this view for a Sheraton property.
