Wasn't impressed

My family of 5 really wasn't impressed with the hotel or the service. It took nearly 4 hours to get a couple more towels since they only supplied us with 3, my son got scratched from one of their chairs, which they said they'd fix but was out after shift change. I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door and while taking a bath, the maid came in. I will NEVER take my family back to that hotel.
