This was our 4th trip to Disneyland, first time at Disney hotel. Not family friendly rooms, no cups for water,no coffee pot, very over priced room service and pop machines. Entire stay here overpriced! Pool ok- but don't really use the pool while at Disneyland. Much happier staying somewhere else- nickeled and dimed here. Not worth the money!!!!

We just got back from visiting Disneyland for my daughter's birthday & we had a wonderful time. We had two conjoining rooms in the Magic Tower. We have stayed at hotels both onsite and offsite and think getting a room at the Disneyland Hotel was a much better experience. The magic continues from morning to night and the walk through Downtown Disney is much more appealing than having to walk across the street. Plus, the added bonus of the monorail was very nice. It is a very short walk to the monorail which then drops you off right in Tomorrowland. One additional bonus is hotel guests can take advantage of early entry every day it is offered, rather than just the one time that is included with park hopper tickets. And early entry is the best time to knock out all the Fantasyland rides (that don't offer fastpasses) before the lines become unbearable. The rooms were very nice, spacious, and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only downside I would say is the restaurants. Although you are close to Downtown Disney, most restaurants have 2+ hour waits and the food is extremely overprices for what you get. With that said, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children.

We were travelling with a 15 month old so we wanted the convenience of being nearby. From the Wonder Tower, it's about a three minute walk to Downtown Disney and about a 6-10 minute walk to the maingates of both parks. It doesn't seem so long since you get distracted with shops and people watching. I reallly enjoyed the coffee shop at the Hotel-it had all I needed to start off the day and I could get it right away. Stake out your place for the weekend fireworks near the Disney statue toward Tomorrowland.

Not as promised

Overall the hotel was good. However, when I was looking for a hotel at Laguna Beach I checked the Ocean Front box and this hotel came up. The hotel is NOT ocean front. It is across a busy street and behind hotels away from the beach. It only has an ocean view and that is from the roof deck looking over other hotels and between tree. For the price I paid I was not completely satisfied.
