Nice room bad service

The room was fine but the service was not. By adding another day to my stay, my reservation was completely taken out of the system. I was called in the middle of the night asking why I was still in the room and told that I had been checked out the previous day. The clerks seemed almost clueless. This happened to me on 2 different nights during my stay. I only stayed for 4 nights. I was questioned as to why I was still there even though my reservation was made prior to my arrival for 3 nights. It's a decent room for the price - just wish the front desk had a little more sense.
What's That Smell?

We also stayed here when there were no other options in town. Should have stayed home. The smell was awful- like mildew AND smoke. The beds and pillows smelled midewy and damp. The toilet rocked back and forth. Don't stay here. It cost more than other MUCH NICER options.
Out of a Horror Movie

This hotel was straight out of a horror movie. We were forced to stay here on a night when there was a convention in town and everything else was booked. It seemed to be an abandoned storage facility that had been carpeted and had recent flooding. A horrible smell permeated the entire place. There were liquor bottles on the dresser, bloodstains on dirty towels on the floor of our uncleaned bathroom, and I didn't feel comfortable even being near the bed. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay at this hotel!

Hotel is dirty and old. In an old abandoned plaza. Have to drive to get to the reservation office around an empty building. When we stayed there the hotel had NO HOT WATER...
