The only thing Hooters is good for is being easy on the eyes just like everyone saya you don't go there for the food! I would never stay there again I have been to Vegas at least 10 times and this is the worst place ever. The only time I felt welcome was by the nice people in housekeeping and the Bell desk the rest of the customer service was a disaster. We had to go to other hotels just to get served in a restaurant because they only have one 24 hour restaurant and guess what only 2 servers. I wonder if they know that people going to Las Vegas stay up all night? The guy at the ticket counter is a mess as well charged us then credited us back then charged us again and was so rude!!! Buddy you are lucky you even have a job. We always stay at a different hotel every time we go so we thought we would try Hooters. Well we tried so good thing we never have to go back there.

We go to vegas every year and thought we would stay here because it was new to us. Big mistake the staff would rather talk to each other than help you' After talking to mngtmnt they said they would upgrade our room. If this was the upgrade im glad i didnt see the other room.Lets see there were no towels, dirty carpet , the trash cans were not empty, and the beds had a bad smell heres a little advise we complained enough that they credit back my card and we left. We paid ten dollars extra a night and stayed at excalibur.

The hotel was great for the price. It was very clean and looked just like the photos!! The room is very spacious. Location is great, right across from the monorail. Right off the strip and great location. Will definitly stay there again! I recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a nice hotel and an affordable price.
Go elsewhere

Stayed at the Bungalows and it was like a barrack. Rooms are small, bathrooms are old, and it's inconvenient. Check in was not convenient too. Ihave stayed at many properties in Las Vegas and this was one of the worst!

Please do yourself a favor and stay away this place is soooo gross. I am writing this review after having just taken a five minute shower with my feet bathing in the nastiness of the past several guests. Yes, the drain was plugged and after just a five minute shower the water was above my ankles even though I was standing at the rear of the shower. It also has the cheap fabric shower curtains that flow inward and stick to you while you are trying to clean yourself. The check in staff was rude, gave me an attitude when I said I had booked a bungalow room, the jerk actually scoffed at me and said "eww". Regardless of my reservation, I was put on the fifth floor-the "bay view" tower, hallway carpets are stained everywhere. Can't imagine its any better elsewhere. Yes it gets worse, there are two pillows on the bed, one is typical, the other is a gross non-covered stinky thing that every other customer has had the chance to drool or disperse other bodily fluids on. Its like they turned the never-washed bed cover sheet into a pillow that you are supposed to use! I would never stay here again, not for free, nor if I was paid to stay. I am an over the road truck driver, I shower at truck stops and use public toilets.....and this place was too nasty for me!
