This hotel really surprised us. For not being a known chain, we took a chance and it was great. Definitely clean and friendly as they say. I will stay here again and again. Spacious suite and fantastic price!

The Hotel was average. Perfect for what we needed at the time. The room was very clean(no bugs anywhere!). Service was good. Location for us was perfect. I probably would stay ther again.

I've read great reviews, but our room was filthy and most of the staff were surly. Someone left a piled-up blanket in the hallway by my door. Staff knocked on my door at midnight to inform me blanket was a fire hazard but then left it there! Toilet backed up and I was given a plunger to fix it myself! Carpet and furniture were filthy and recliner was broken. Sheets were stained and had a hole from a cigarette burn. Worst place I've ever stayed.

I arrived around 2:45am, did not know the doors will be closed after 11 pm, called the Front Desk and was surprised to see a hotel guest answer the phone and open the door for me. Wake up call system was not set after the last guest checked out, I got un-needed wake up call 1st morning after short sleep. Front desk employees gave me wrong instructions to re-set the wake up call. Another employee refuesd to change my room from 1 Queen to 2 Dbls, had to ask for the manager who approved it immediatley. They all need to smile and keep eye contact with hotel guest "basic customer service."

My boyfriend and I stayed here for just about 3 weeks until our apartment was ready. We thought the price was great for weekly rates. It was nice, clean and the staff was friendly. The only problem was having to go to the front desk all the time for toiletries,towels and garbage bags. Oh and no pool :o(
