This room was fantastic and such a great price for all you receive! Staff was excellent & very helpful. Great area to feel safe! Definately will stay again!!!

Was extremely satisfied with this hotel, for the price it was well worth it. Staff was friendly and prompt with requests of extra pillows, towels. Clean & comfy rooms and restraunts just outside the hotel.

At checkin, you're shown a clean room...what you get is a room with a nasty, dirty carpet, smelly sheets and no service. Most of the staff have no concept of customer service and a few are just plain nasty. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy...just a horrible experience.

The management of this location is the equivilent of Wal-Mart - they literally do not care about how guests or treated, or guest services. While the price was good, the value was very low. The quality of the finish-out in the room was very low, and that coupled with a very low-end attitude makes this a "don't stay again" property.

I figured for the price I was paying, that I'd have a small room that was gross and dirty from a hotel in a shady part of town. I couldn't have been farther from the truth. The hotel was beautiful from the outside. Well maintained. And the neighborhood wasn't in some shady aread. You were in walking distance from many food places. The rooms were big, had a nice kitchen, nice bathroom. Employees were friendly. I have no negative comments about this hotel.
