What they call "Suites" is a misnomer. The rooms are tiny and you can here EVERY word from the hallway and the adjoining rooms. I stayed here for UCF Homecoming weekend and checked out after one day. My room ("economy") was smaller than my walk-in closet at home. The kitchen is a kitchenette and there is not even enough room in the bathroom for a toiletry bag. No housekeeping for daily guests. Plus they jacked up the rates for UCF Homecoming Weekend

We thought we'd found a great deal, but if it looks to good to be true, it probably is. The outside of the building was terrific, but the room was awful! We had to wait for the room to be cleaned an additional 30 minutes beyond check-in. After we got into the room, we were thankful we were only staying for one night. In a word, it was unclean! There was a dead roach under the sofa, pieces of food on the floor (probably from the previous guests) and the bathroom needed to be overhauled. We will not be staying at this hotel again. I'd rather play a little extra for a nice, clean room.

The front desk was friendly. When I got to the room it was comfortable. The hotel towels were terrible! I did not use the bed the first night, so it did not need to be made the next morning. However, I did use a towel and left it on the floor that night. When I came back to the hotel the next evening, the dirty towel was still on the floor! Housekeeping did not come to my room. There was also no reserve roll of toilet paper anywhere! Of course I almost ran out and to use what was left sparingly!! I checked out and didn't bother to say anything, I just wanted a decent towel and enough toilet paper.

Stayed because close to where I was working. Nasty bugs in my room. Went to front desk and they just looked at me like so what? I had to plead for the to change my room. Manager NOT helpful. After I exclaimed I would call their corporate office I was given a Penera gift card for $5. DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP.

Rooms are discusting, staff even acknowledged this too, but would do nothing to resolve! Stayed there for 30 minutes, long enough to find another hotel but was still charged for a nights stay. Heed the warnings about this place. DO NOT STAY HERE! They could give this place to me free and i would still pay $150.00 a night somewhere else! Whatever happened to satisfation guarantees? None at this place!!! If you stay in this place after reading the negatives its your own fault, i had to learn the hard way!
