Cancel last night of hotel stay

  • June 11, 2008

I made this reservation for 2 of our employees. They finished a class early on Friday and decided to return home rather than stay and leave on Saturday morning. There was no way to cancel that night's reservation thru the hotel, so we were stuck with 2 rooms billing for that night. There should be a better way to handle this.

home away from home

My son graduated from Full Sail on Friday May 9, after 3 years at school, and my husband and I stayed here. My sons apartment was just blocks away so the location was great for us. The room was clean, comfortable, and quite. I appreciated the coffee pot, the ironing board and the dishes. The kitchen area was enough with a sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave and even a toaster to save alittle money. The price was good. The staff was accomidating and friendly. I just wish I would have found this place sooner.

Not Terrible

The Crestwood Suites seems like a nice hotel being run as a cheap motel. The staff was friendly, but obviously over-extended. The room was clean, but almost everything was in need of an upgrade. The couch was old and filthy, the few towels were small and pitiful, and there was only half a roll of toilet paper when we checked in. We got the room at a discount and were pleased with the quiet surrounding area. I certainly wouldn't make an effort to stay here again, but it wasn't terrible.

Clean, tv, queen size bed, sofabed in room , full kitchen, refrigerator. Not the Ritz, but an affordable spot near every place of interest in north orlando, UCF area. Close to restaurants, houlihan's right next to it and also a Don Pablos' Mexican grill and Panera Bread. Close to Gas stations and pharmacy, what more could you ask for? Days inn and holiday inn are right down the road 2-5 blocks away, 25-40% more in price!!

Fraternity Houses are Quieter!

What they call "Suites" is a misnomer. The rooms are tiny and you can here EVERY word from the hallway and the adjoining rooms. I stayed here for UCF Homecoming weekend and checked out after one day. My room ("economy") was smaller than my walk-in closet at home. The kitchen is a kitchenette and there is not even enough room in the bathroom for a toiletry bag. No housekeeping for daily guests. Plus they jacked up the rates for UCF Homecoming Weekend
