A lot of money for very little in terms of amenities. Rooms are very nice.

I came to the area for business, yet I was able to enjoy Busch Gardens and USF for leisure as well. Clean, friendly, and part of the Hyatt rewards program! I will return!

I think smart people reading these reviews will kinda wonder why people talked more about the flat screen t.v. more than the actual hotel. I am being honest, and the best thing about this hotel was the breakfast. The area the hotel is in is too far from anything other than USF. The rooms are set up kinda weird with a wall in between a pullout bed. I guess it isn't bad for the money however I don't think i'll be rushing back anytime soon to this hotel. I'll stay home and watch my own flatscreen. The pool wasn't bad, and most of the staff I will say were very nice people. I would rate this hotel a 2 1/2 out of 5 stars.

My husband and I recently went on a one day get-a-way to Tampa and booked this hotel on line. The pictures are completely accurate! The hotel lobby and room decor is EXCELLENT! Our room was very clean and Cozy! The huge flat screen was a plus too. We were also very impressed with the staff. We were greeted everytime we entered or exited the hotel and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel has a great location being minutes from Busch Gardens, a mall, and numerous places to eat. We will definitely stay here when we visit Tampa in the future.

I had a nice time here, 1st time going to Busch Gardens and will go back. The rooms were nice, a little small to be a suite, but very comfortable especially the huge couch and the bed. The staff will warm up leftovers for you, since there aren't any in the rooms, but they do have fridges. The 42" widescreen was positioned so you can either watch tv on the couch or in bed. The continental breakfast is as it states, fruit , toast juice, cereal, coffee. There are plenty of restaurants in less than 5 minutes though. YOU NEED A CAR!!!! The mall is right acrross the street and the cinema is too which was GREAT!!!!! If you go this time of year, there are no lines no waiting on rides, we got to ride everything at least 3 times. Also if you have a southwest rewards card you can get 20% off at the park and they give you the second day free!!!!!!!!!!!!! Two tix for 2 days $* total. Enjoy!!!!!
