Great room, little else

Great room. Asked for and got an ocean view. Friendly and courteous staff in the hotel and casino.
Check-in was ridiculous. The line was the longest I've ever seen in any hotel. Thru the maze and all the way to the door. Only three people working the desk.
Had a good cheese steak sandwich in Breadsticks, but the faire at the Asian restaurant was pretty bad. Mostly ate at other hotels.
OCEAN VIEW...WHAT OCEAN VIEW!!!

We booked an ocean view room and got a view of the road and the heating/air conditioning units below...AWFUL. And we paid the same price as other guests who received an ocean view (like my brother-in-law). When I went to the front desk and questioned the non ocean view room, we were told it was not a guarantee. The pictures on the net make it look like everything was remodeled, yeah right. The bathroom was old, just some updated fixtures, the beds were so small, the carpets were all stained (was afraid to walk around without my flip flops) and it just smelled OLD!!! The only good thing was the location, but I still would never stay at this hotel again.

we drove from upstate ny to alantic city and we left at 2pm on a tuesday and show up to check in at 8:30pm we were suppose to get a room with double beds and ended up in a room with a jaquzie and queen size bed walk in closet and huge sitting space. we got upgraded. the only thing i was not happy with is the parking garage not being partrolled.and that you park there at your own risk that made me feel a little uneasy.
Don't stay here!

Staff was very unfriendly. Bad experience. Rooms were dirty and old fashioned. Don't stay at this place. Look elsewhere.

Everything was ok until check out.They made a mistake at check in and I had to pay for it at check out.I was told that they were not going to pay for their mistake.I will NEVER stay here again the front desk staff know's nothing about customer service !!
