The hotel staff was very nice , although the bartender on shift that closed on the 26th of Aug was very rude.

tHE ROOM WAS EXCELLENT...the breafeast (Buffet) was really good and the personnel nothing to say against them. I would recommand the hotel to my friend if they travel to Los Angeles We were really happy to visit the boat

Stateroom bigger than I expected, staff was very courteous, enjoyed walking the ship. $17 per day parking seemed steep to me, wireless internet seemed really expensive, only complaints.
