Good hotel in a great location

This hotel was very quiet, in a good location, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with three choices for you to choose from. Parking was within a half a block on a side street and was free. Lots of other folks were parking on side street in the area, none of us had any problems. Lots of dining within walking distance as well as at the hotel. Well worth the money!!

The hotel and it's staff were excellent. The morning breakfast ideal. The server was friendly and very pleasant.
The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the king size bed very comfortable. The whole experience was a pleasure. The weather in the Keys hot and humid but once in the room all the comfort of home. We will definitely go back to this hotel next time we are in the Keys.
Room a dissapointment

We were hoping the rooms would be as charming as the restaurant, but we were mistaken.
The carpet was old and stained, you could also feel the holes in the floor. the room was very dark. the airconditioner was a small window unit that ran non stop. On a cleanliness scale I would give it a 7. Believe or not we had the DELUXE room.

I would recommend this hotel .
The service was great, the food wonderful.
It was close to everything without being loud and crazy.
I do wish that the air conditioning was central,. i would be careful staying here in the warmer months. The air unit appears to have a problem with freezing up when over used. They don't want the room to be set below 72 degrees. If you are very private be sure to ask for a room away from the restaurant and bar areas. I will be back, I hope.
