I can't believe it's part of the Red Lion chain!

It was horrendous!
Our shoes stuck to the dingy, dirty carpet. We were afraid to let anything (clothes, etc.) touch the floor.
The air intake for the air-conditioning looked like it had a fur coat on it.
What a pain to actually locate the hotel in the first place.
Unfortunately, we had pre-paid via Travel agent, if not, I probably would have stopped looking for it and found somewhere else (and saved us the terrible experience also.)
I can't believe this is part of the Red Lion hotel chain! I've never had an experience this bad with Red Lion. Perhaps they are going down hill? Or, in this case, have hit rock bottom?
Save yourself and don't even consider it!

I am a platimum member of the Red Lion Guest Awards Program. The special rate is * per night plus tax. When asked why we could not get Wi-Fi, the front desk advised "it has been taken out since it wasn't working right". I saw a room frig in the hallway. I asked the front desk if the rooms were supposed to have one. The response: " They are on request, since many people don't want them in the room. Would your like one?" I answered yes. I asked if the beds (being sarcastic) were on request. When I asked about the wi-fi, I was told I could go to the business center. Which I did. I asked where documents were printed. The response was the printer was not available " since someone stole the cable and one is on order".I then asked about the breakfast in the AM. "We used to have it, but now that Tullys ( a coffee bar) is here, we stopped serving. I am becoming MORE and more disappointed in the Red Lion properties. The location is pretty much in an industrial area with nothing close by in the way or "eateries". Even if you have to pay * a place closer to the airport would be a smart choice.

I though red lion had a good name so we didn't read about it that much before staying. We pulled up and thought it was a joke. We went to our rooms and called online travel website to get our money back which they did, but we could get any other rooms so had to stay there any ways. Staff was good in offering other rooms until we found one that didn't have mold growing up the legs of the table and chairs. I don't know who else was staying there but I felt so uncomfortable i was walking the females in my group around so nothing happened to them
Not very satisfied

The whole place was under constructon, which wasnt noted....the room was dirty and so unfunctional....the bathroom breaker kept going off, the tv was a nightmare to operate. I was so disappointed, it was my first time using travel agent and was surprised they would associate their name with this hotel.............
