Disappointed

The breakfast was good but having to switch rooms twice was not pleasant. The first room had strong paint fume odors due to recent remodeling as well as holes on the comforter. The second room's cable service was inoperative. When I asked for the manager apparently he or she wasn't around and no one could get a hold of the person in charge. Nevertheless, I was upgraded to a different room with a working cable system but no discount on my movies or room. A lot of hassle and little compensation.
