This was my first time flying, the whole experience was wonderful. I was very happy with the room, the continental breakfast was awesome! The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The service was excellent. Forgot my toothbrush and they had a complimentary one for me. Forgot the internet cable for my laptop and they loaned me one but they also had wireless available too. Friendly and efficient staff.

This is a good place if you are only staying for the weekend. Our room keys needed to be activated three times. We'd swipe it to get in and find ourselves locked out. This didn't just happen to us, either, but other guest at the hotel. Also, the bathroom was a little dingy.

The rooms were great -- clean and comfortable (the family suite was "sweet"). The complimentary breakfasts were unbelievale! The pool and spa were clean and practically private. The staff was incredibly helpful -- whether we needed a pen or extra towels or instructions on how to make a waffle -- they were curtious and quick to respond. They didn't hesitate when I asked if they could freeze ice packs for me -- while other hotels have refused. THIS HOTEL WAS THE BEST EVER!

For the money we paid we expected alot less. Rooms were very clean & well appointed. Breakfast was more than adequate & the staff was extremely helpful & courteous. Being close to the airport & a busy highway concerned me but it was surprisingly quiet. I would definitely stay again.
