Overpriced

The shower made noises, there were cigarate burns and holes in the comforter, floor was very stained, and glitter on the ceiling. If we weren't charged such an outrageos price for such a lousy room, it wouldn't have been as bad.

Not too bad!

This was not that bad of a hotel. It was outdated as far as the room accessories (red carpet, lights, dressers, tv, chairs, bedspread, iron, etc.). Room was clean! The front desk person was great, very friendly. We were visiting Cedar Point amusement park so it was about 15 miles away......not too bad if everything else is booked up, however, next time I will try something a little closer. The only reason I would not stay here again is because my sole reason for coming was to visit cedar point and there ar so many more choice that are within 2 miles of the park, so its a no brainer to get closer next time.

Good small budget place

My boyfriend and I were taking a road trip out to Colorado and stopped in some places in Ohio. We wanted a place to stay to sleep at night that could fit our low budget, yet close enough to Cedar Point. It was great because the hotel offered each of us a Pepsi can that gave $*off at Cedar Point, and also offered a place to pick-up a shuttle to the park (saved money on parking). Its about 20 minutes away from the park in a small town. The front desk staff was always very nice. The continental breakfast was lacking..only had coffee and a couple pastrys, although there is a small resturant that is right out front and a mcdonalds down the street. The hotel had a pool and hot tub, but neither looked like something to brag about. Our room had a small fridge so that was nice to be able to put our drinks in. The bed was nothing too spectaular, but at the end of a day at Cedar point we only wanted a place to sleep. If you are looking for something romantic this is not for you, but if you just need a cheap place to fit a budget this might be good.

NEEDS A GOOD CLEANING

Yesterday, I saw a rectangular hole in the sheet, and thought they weren't clean. Tonight, I saw the same hole. Theother bed's were clearly dirty! Tub was tan from the build-up of soap. (So thick, that when I ran a washcloth across it, cloth became tan too!) Brought this to the attention of clerk - she came herself to change sheets and spray tub. But, she wouldn't give me another room - none available. I just checked online travel website, they still have rooms. She was nice, but I'd still rather have a CLEAN room. (She is the only reason I didn't give just one star.)

Decent room for a decent price

Very obviously not a five star hotel but worth the money. Will be returning when we go to Cedar Point next year. Only minor problem was the musty smell of the room but we had asked for smoking.
