Don't Do It

The staff was very impersonal and rude. I was left on hold 3 X's long distance to make reservation. Had to change rooms. They were not familiar with what the rooms even had (Knig-Queen) etc. They did remedy with offering a mountain view room for their mistake in booking. The view was awesome! The hotel is out of date, things don't work (electrical outlet burned out), and was generally disappointed with the stay.
