You deserve better

You can find better rooms for this kind of money. The wireless internet didn't work. the service people admitted it was broke and the staff said, well, it works in the lobby!!?? They clearly didn't care. The place is full of kids. And then they double charged my card...for a room that clearly needs refurbishing.
