No breakfast to speak of

Room was nice, great price from a online travel website.... farther away from King's Island than listed. Difficult to find due to no signs on main roads HORRID breakfast (litterally some plastic wrapped "danish", coffee and juice.. they didn't even have milk/cereal). Housekeeping was poor, they made the bed and left some towels, that is about it. Staff was very friendly.. easy check in and check out. Close to SOME resteraunts (be careful though.. they close early).

Quick room service and clean room

We arrived the hotel a little early (about 15 minutes early), and the person at the front desk provided our room number within 5 to 10 minutes. The room was very clean, and we had a large refrigerator, dishes, silverware, cookware, and a small stove. We were surprised that they provided dishes and silverware, especially since the room cost less than $ (with tax) for a studio room for one night. Everything in the room was in good condition, and we got plenty of towels. Coffee was available morning and night. The TV was in good condition, and the room was spacious. By the way, the hotel is easy to find. When you go to Dowlin Drive from Sharon Road, it is in an area with lots of hotels. It is the last hotel on the right side of the room. It is walking distance to a great BBQ restaurant (Burbank's).

We were very pleased with our stay at the Arcadia Residential suites. The staff were very friendly and the property well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. The fact that it had a kitchen worked well since we were traveling with two small kids. If you're not interested in cooking in the room though, there are many restaurants within a mile or less of the property. The hotel sits back a ways from any of the high traffic streets, so noise from traffic was minimal. The Pool area was clean and the pool temperature was great! The property itself is not the most fancy or up to date, but as far as comfort, cleanliness, and friendly staff I give the Arcadia Residential suites an A. I would highly recommend this hotel for those who are traveling with kids, and need the comforts of home.

Great Place

This was a very nice hotel. The staff was great and the room was very nice and very clean. My only complaint was the bed. It was supposed to be a queen but definitely looked alot smaller. I may just be spoiled from staying in hotels with king beds. The bed was very firm and the pillows were very thin. It was a little better than the beds on a real crappy cruise. If you can get over the lack of comfort of the bed, then this is a great place to stay.

Okay stay

The hotel is nestled amongst 3 other hotels including a Holiday Inn suite/Hilton suite hotel. No sign from the highway so make sure and get internet directions. Was a bit turned off that the hotel is still using the "old fashioned" key but I must admit the hotel lobby, elevator, corridor and also rooms are kept in pretty good shape. ( With the exception of the permanent stains on the pullout sofa cushions ). Dog friendly so watch out for that IF you are not a lover of pets. No extras though including bathroom cups. Despite so obvious flaws it has all the amenities of a long stay and was very clean. Would I stay there again............most likely !!!!!!!!!!
