Staff was extremely difficult to deal with. Language Barriers. Also, they are short staffed as advertised hotel shuttle every thirty minutes does not operate that way. Is only when they can get to it. We waited almost forty five minutes at airport after calling them. Is only a five minute drive for them to get there.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and had the "park and fly" option. By the time we got there (11 pm) we were told there were no spaces to leave the car so we wound up parking at the airport after all. The room was jus "ok". The airconditioner had leaked on the floor and made a big wet spot by the window. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom. Overall the quality of the room was not what we expected for what we paid. We stayed the next night at another chain hotel (Ramada) in Seattle for the exact same price and had a very, very nice clean room. The price seemed high for this hotel for what we got. There was very little left in the breakfast area by 6:15 am. Only a few small pasteries that were picked over. If we had known we wouldn't be able to leave the car, a main reason we chose this hotel, we would have paid a little more for a different hotel, been closer to the airport in a nicer hotel and been able to leave the car while on our trip.

There were ants in our sink and on the desk. Front desk staff cared more about talking with each other than with the customer. Bedside lamp didn't work. Inadequate parking.

Asked for onenone smoking and one smoking but got two smoking, and it really smelled. Crumbs in the bed.
