Terrible service, filthy room!!!

Watch out "prepaid" travelers!!
Hotel will put you in another building across the street. Room was filthy and run down not to mention the dead cockroach and small reptile in our room. Immediately booked to another hotel for the last 4 days of our trip. They will NOT refund your money if you check-out early. Once you prepay online you have no recourse, therefore, the hotel has nothing to lose! Also tried to get extra towels and was told to track down the maid who was in our building. Terrible, terrible service!!!!
Nice spot to stay before a cruise!

We flew from Miami International 2 days before our cruise, and needed somewhere to stay that was close to the cruise terminal. This hotel is perfect! It is an older building, but very clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It is a short drive to several nice places to shop and eat. We utilized the free shuttle service to the cruise terminal, and arrived directly in front of our ship.

We were disappointed with our room. We were not roomed in the main building but in another building across the street. It was less attractive and needed repairs. There was a nice restaurant and the pool was pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. OK for the price.

My wife and I were going on a cruise. This hotel offers free shuttle service to/from Miami Airport and to the Port of Miami. This hotel was great for us. There is a department/grocery store four blocks away and lots of shops/restaurants twelve blocks away. The staff were pleasant, the room was nice, and the restaurant was surprisingly good. A GREAT VALUE for the price.

Nice efficient and clean rooms with double beds. Not too quiet and with average decore. Some rooms with kitchenette. Rooms facing the main Blvd. should be avoided. Overall it''s a place to stay for no more than 3 days.
