This was a nice hotel. We stayed for a week. The room was really comfortable with nice beds and a really nice bathroom. We swam in clean pool and enjoyed the good food at their restaurant.
We went on a scenic boat ride which was scheduled by the friendly staff and the hotel. All and all really nice!

This Hotel , is in a great location, the main strip of clubs and nite life is one block away, so no need to take the car out to have a good time ! The pool is on the roof so if you like to tan , its the place to be .

the hotel amenities themselves are good. the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very useful. the location is PERFECT...but there are a lot of drawbacks because of it. it is right next to McGill University so a LOT of college kids stay at this hotel. We were a group of college kids so we didn't mind- but we were put on a smoking floor even though we didn't ask for it. Secondly, since a lot of college kids stay here, they have this weird security rule where no guests are allowed after 11pm so if you walk in at midnight they will stop you and check your name on the list, and if you bring guests to stay over they add charges. So if you're a college group that plans on cramming people (more than 2) into a single room to save money...look elsewhere. Overall, the hotel was okay but the security was a painful surprise that turned me off. I probably won't stay here again.

More like a 1 star. Rooms are poor quality. Broken: AC, fridge, remote control. Service is terrible. Denied towels, sheets, pillows. Management refused to acknowledge claims and correct problems. Been to Montreal many times and other hotels are fine. Stay somewhere else.
