Fine hotel

The hotel was located in the middle of the loop, which was very convenient. It was walking distance to the Sears tower. They have unlimited free complimentary bottled water. Only complaint, no fans in the bathroom.

Hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and is convenient to everything. The rooms are smaller as compared to some of its competitors, but how much does that matter? If a smaller room doesn't bother you, this hotel is perfect. The Elephant & Castle restaurant/bar located underneath is great, too. Good foot, reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I just recently returned from a 4 day getaway to chicago and had a great time at Club Quarters. I booked a room with an online travel website for only * a night (which is pretty good considering normally hotels downtown start at *). Club Quarters in the Chicago Loop is located around everything needed to have a great time. Me, my mom and two boys stayed in a suite room with a kitchenette and we had more than enough space. The room was always cleaned when we returned and we really enjoyed amenities like the terry cloth robes, coffee maker, pull out sofa bed (room also came with a queen size bed) and free purified water (water bottles supplied) located on each floor. Check in was extremely easy and check out was just the same. I can't wait to plan another trip to Chicago so that me and my family can stay at Club Quarters. Our stay was truly made better because we stayed there.
Will stay there again!

Great location. I was able to park on the street on the weekend which saved on parking fees. The adjoining Elephant Pub is a plus. Free water bottle dispensers on each floor a bonus. Comfortable lobby. Good value for the money. I hope to stay there again.

Stayed 2 nights on our way through Chicago. Room was small, but neat and clean. Staff were pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Location is close to the museums that were our reasons for stopping over. The restaurant (Elephant and Castle) prices ranged from reasonable to expensive. We had the reasonable items and the food and service were very good.
