Comfy beds and friendly staff

Larger room than expected with very comfortable beds and linens. I didn't expect this from an "express" hotel. Contintental breakfast was quite good in its selections. Staff was excellent in terms of friendliness and helpfullness (e.g. printed boarding passes for us while we were out). One evening a reunion group staying at the hotel was making more noise than comfortable, but after a call to the front desk the staff had the noisy group quiet within 10 minutes (nice job guys!).
Beds are hard as rocks!

It was fairly clean except the carpet was worn in some places but the beds were painfully hard. I could have slept on the floor and been better off. They made my back cramp so a good nights sleep was impossible. Although I'm not normally one to complain, I expect to get what I pay for. I chose this hotel because it was the priciest in this location thus I thought the rooms would be the most comfortable. However, I have stayed in considerably more comfortable rooms for half the price of this one. Don't waste your money. Also, the continental breakfast means bread and sugar.
