Great hotel--very much 4 star and a good value. Pool is fabulous. Location is ideal for Long Beach. Staff is wonderful. A really enjoyable and comfortable hotel.
This hotel was a good buy for my money.

The location was great. It was at a fair distance from the airport and Los Angeles downtown.

I had a laundrey "emergency" and the staff were very attentive and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. The view was great and the central location to the convention center and aquarium, as well as a variety of restaurants was a plus

The hotel is nice but in my opinion not a 4star. I was on the 9th floor facing the queen marry so the view was very nice. Every night I herd several police or fire sirens. After spending 150 per night I thought 12 dollars a day to park was a rip off!
