I stayed at this hotel recently for two nights for a conference I was attending. The rooms were pretty quiet for being in mid-town, food was good, sleep well. Bathrooms too small (narrow). Service was bad. They seemed understaffed, not enough help at the front desk or door. I had to wait 15 minutes in line to check-in. I had to get my own cab multiple times because the bellman was too busy helping people park and getting their bags. Lastly, the rooms didn't look very clean to me.

Could be better

Rooms while nicely appointed had ridiculously small bathrooms. Not exagerating - There was no way to sit on the toilet without the toilet paper roll in your underarm. we wound up sitting sideways. Some cleanliness issues in the rooms as well. Long line at check in and express checkout didn't work. Then the business center was down. Too many issues...

Beautiful lobby and room. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Great location-heart of midtown Manhattan.

Bed size advertised as a king was the in fact a queen. When I brought this to the front desk attention they insisted it was a king
