For a trip to NYC, this is a nice hotel.. Close to shopping and 2 blocks from the subway. Would definitely avoid the casbs and go with the subway- much faster and $7 for a day pass. Given all, though I would have stayed in downtown for a cheaper hotel.

loved the hotel and location excellent. Conceirge not very interested. Seemed non concerned about tour recommendations. Gave incorrect information related to the Harlem Gospel Tour. Didn't bother to call and find out correct information. Otherwise Bell Captains are outstanding. Gift shop attendent great. Check in a breeze. Will stay again but get tour information someplace else.

In brief, gracious public spaces Rooms were very good and quite spacious. Polite and helpful staff. Great flight & room deal through travel website. Outrageous food and drink prices - a cocktail for 2 people was $35 with tip! Went to NY for theatre - next time will stay closer to Times Square.

we loved the location, felt very safe and close to a great convience store and a Starbucks a bit quieter than the Times Square area but still an easy walk to Theater District. Staff very nice and helpful- beautiful lobby, rooms not huge but good size for NYC, great beds- would stay again !

We had a great stay at the Inter-Continental, however, the food and service in the hotel restaurant was poor at best. Breakfast was ridiculously overpriced and it wasn't even good, especially considering the portions were so small. But we did have some issues with our TV which were handled quickly. The staff was helpful and polite.
