The one and only good thing about this hotel was the nice, circular pool. It was pretty clean and my girls loved it. Cable car stop was only a few blocks away too. THAT IS THE ONLY TWO NICE THINGS I COULD COME UP WITH ABOUT THIS HOTEL. It was a dump. Carpet is stained and actually shredded near doors. Walls had lots of holes in them that were never filled or painted. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. In my opnion, even though this is S.F this hotel should charge about $75.00 a night. My 7 year old pointed out that there were actual shoeprints on the blanket on the bed. They say they have A/C but it never was cold enough. I changed rooms and got a bigger one but still as dirty and dated as can be. Also the t.v was a small 19 inches and we couldn't turn it off most of the time. Weird, yuckky flourescent lighting and very, very loud neighbors. We travel alot and I have to say this is the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. Every time I hung up a towel, the towel bar fell down. No free internet. YUCK! This is a 2 star hotel at best.

my wife had surgery in town that required us to stay over on a very busy weekend. they were able to accommodate with a room @ 1/3 the price in an over booked city for 3 nights while my wife was laid up here in a local hospital... me and my wife were very impressed w, their total concern for our comfort and currant financial hardship. on top of that we stayed in a wonderful clean customer friendly hotel. would highly recommend!!

With the Bay Bridge closed on the Labor Day Weekend, we thought we'd stay in San Francisco, instead of fighting the commute into the city. The labor day weekend deal was great. Almost a third off of what you would pay normally. The view of the south over the civic complex Having the basement garage was very conveient. kept our attention. Only one negative. It got noisy in the corridors on Saturday ealry AM. Otherwise a got trip.
Great location. Very convienient for public transportation.

I stayed here in the middle of August 2007 for 4 days. The hotel is easy to access using the muni bus system, 24 hours a day. Overall the hotel was a decent stay. Reasonable price, although they charged * dollars to use the internet, and the movies were * bucks a pop. Staff are friendly, be warned you will need to put down a security deposit. The room itself is minimalistic, perfect for tourists who plan on being out all day and late into the night.

Had to call travel representative to obtain a new room, because the first one was unclean and stinky. (coffee spill on the wall, cigarettes burns on the carpet)
Clerk and parking staff are very unpleasant, seems to not talking to each other on the way to proceed.
Would not recommended this hotel at all.
