There was even a dishwasher in the room and a regular sized refrigerator.

Folks I met were very friendly, helpful, the rooms nice sized, modern, bed comfortable, it had all the amenities I cared about, a breakfast service, 24 coffee/tea, was quiet, Inroom kitchen, reasonable price as it was new and trying to get people in, I like having my sheets and towles changed once a week.

We stayed here for three days while finishing our vacation. Brand new hotel with a very accomodating staff and excellent location.

Hotel is still pretty new so it's very clean and modern. I found it very inexpensive for the type of rooms being offered. I was impressed by the photos I saw online but I wasn't sure it was all it claimed to be until we arrived. We stayed there to attend the Lakeland out pouring along with most of the other guests and the staff were very helpful to help us get where we needed to go. It was also conveniently located to area restaurants and only a short drive to the Orlando airport (which is much less expensive to fly into than Tampa).

Hotel was very clean, and the buildings secure. Pool well maintained. The double suite was extremely nice. Very spacious, room for 6 to sleep with an nice kitchenette. Breakfast was nice (but don't get there near the end). Staff were courteous. Restaurants close by. I'd stay again with no questions.
