Our stay was outstanding. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. We would definitely stay again. The location is close to all of the Disney Parks.

Excellent Option for Disney Vacation

If you are planning a Disney vacation, this hotel is an excellent option for families searching for a break in 24/7 Disney. The location is fabulous and offers a direct, 10-minute drive to Disney theme parks. The free breakfast buffet is excellent and offers a wide selection of food and beverages, although the beveage cups could have been larger to avoid multiple trips back to the serving bar. Our room was large, with a complete kitchen, which was handy to keep snacks and drinks on hand. We spent one afternoon pool side, which was enjoyable -- plenty of chairs and towels are provided. The on-site cafe has a nice menu and the Pizza Hut Express was a hit with the kids. If you have time, plan to purchase items at a local grocery store for a family bbq. The resort offers a great picnic / play area with two grills. Lots of families were taking advantage of this amenity. The fitness center was well equiped, albeit small. The business center only has two computers that are very slow (slower than dial up) so, if you're flying out and like online check in, be sure to allow extra time your last day to check in with your carrier and print your boarding passes. Definitely rent a car! While there are shuttles available to Sea World and Discovery Cove and everything is close by, nothing is really within walking distance, so a car is a must for quick trips to the store, shopping or a restaurant. GPS USERS BEWARE ? GPS directed us to the BACK property line of Disney?s Animal Kingdom, while we think we saw a zebra, we were no where close to the park entrance; it took us 30 minutes to navigate back to the parks. Overall excellent experience!

I have stayed at a Residence Inn before and really liked it and this trip was no disappointment! I stayed with me, my fiance, my sister, and my three year old daughter. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast buffet is really good, the pool is beautiful. I loved everything about it except for i have two complaints. 1) the shuttles are really nice if you do not want to rent a car. BUT....about halfway through the trip they had to have switched shuttle companies because originally the shuttle only service our hotel, but on the last two days of our trip every time we took a shuttle we had to pick up or drop off at other hotels. It made what was normally a 15 minute ride take an hour. and be at the shuttle on time because if you are late by a minute it leaves with out you. 2) the convenience store at the hotel is open 24/7 but i WAY overpriced. i would suggest buying things before getting to the hotel. we paid 25 dollars for a bottle of apple juice (small single serves), bottle of orange juice, bottle of milk, 3 water bottles and a travel size box of cereal. These were all single serve items.

The hotel was very nice on the outside and inside. Room was excellent. Clean, with a very nice kitchen and sitting area. Hotel provided a breakfast buffet every morning. The activities for children were just okay (playground/arcade). We didn't spend much time in these areas at all. My only advice is to make sure you rent a car. We thought the trolley and shuttle would provide us all the transportation we needed, but there were times I wished I had rented one, especially to run to the store to stock the place. The food at the hotel was okay. Not great. They had a bar where you coiuld order whatever was on the memu for the night and a pizza hut express. Without the car we were unable to really eat what we wanted. The outside area did provide you with beautiful picnic tables and bbq grills, which I thought was great. I would stay there again. My family and I enjoyed it.
