Very Comfortable Rooms

Very Comfortable Rooms at a reasonable price have stayed here three times in the last year. Parking is limited and a little noisy if you are on the bottom, however found everything else fine and clean. Front desk very friendly. Easy access to a good restaurant around the corner and very close to the ocean. Will stay again

Wont stay again! Threatened, credit fraud, smoke stench

DO NOT STAY HERE! If you want to have the hotel manager enter your room without notice (no phone calls) and not for emergency reasons... If you want to be physically threatened ... If you want your credit card information (security code, expiration date, full number) written down on paper multiple times as well as on the computer without being properly shredded.. If you want to be racially profiled by the owner Jack (twice and both times incorrectly as an Israeli and Muslim terrorist. I am forever sorry for the pains and grievances upon both Israelis and Muslims [of any ethnicity] for what they've had to struggle with)... If you want to be humiliated in front of your family and spouse... then this could be the place for you. If you want to stay in a nonsmoking room that wreaks of smoke stenched walls and sheets... Our stay here lasted two hours, 45 minutes of which was spent outside of the lodge. DO NOT STAY HERE! There are 2 econo lodges on Main Street. I can only speak of the atrocities at 1100 main street. The Morro Bay police department got involved and were apologetic for the incident and said its a shame that we cut our trip short since there's a lot of quality establishments in the area. I thanked them and know there are much better lodges in the area - I just didn't want some man (Jack - the manager) out looking for my license plate or my spouse's.

Will Not Stay Again!!

When we arrived the customer service was terrible and when they saw that I had a small child, it when down hill from there. We got to our room only to find popcorn and food scattered on the floor, mold in the bathroom, the t.v. didn't work. I went down stairs to tell them and they said they would clean it. No, we left the next day to go shop only to find that they made the beds. This hotel lacks customer service, the beds were uncomfortable, the rooms aren't clean. I will never go here again with my family.

My wife is taking on-line college courses and having internet to check on classes is important to her. I called the motel prior to coming to check and make sure we would have internet access and was assured that there was an wireless connection available for all rooms. We returned to the room after 10:00 P.M only to find that the internet would not connect. I tried to call the desk.... no answer. I walked downstairs to the office to find a sigh saying office closed... I knocked on the door and rang the doorbell ...no answer. At checkout when I complained about the poor service management was apologetic and gave me discount coupons for a future stay but in all honesty I doubt I will use them. I have never stayed in a hotel where no one was available in the event of a problem.

Terrible! Not worth $* per night. Certainly not worth the $* we paid! Mold in bathroom. Dirty. Loud. Worst night stay I've ever had!
