Loved this Hotel!! The free breakfast is unbeaten anywhere!! Free happy hour not bad. Cant communicate at all with non english speaking housekeeping staff and the desk folks acted like I was bothering them when I asked any questions. Fortunately I need very little interaction with them. Location was fantastic if you need to do anything in SLC. Our room was A++. Nice little indoor pool and a "fitness room" with a couple of cardio machines but dont stay here if you need to work out with weights. Overall, I would definately stay here again.

I needed to ship some boxes from the hotel via UPS. I travel frequently and frequently ship boxes from the hotels where I'm staying. When I called the Front Desk to ask them where I could leave the boxes until UPS could stop by to pick them up, they refused to accept them. When I insisted they take them, they did. It shouldn't have come to that.
