Excellent hotel and location!

We had a guaranteed prepaid reservation for the weekend of biggest football game of the year. Front desk tried to tell us we didn't have a guarantee and that the hotel was completely out of rooms. We had our printed confirmation - NO APOLOGY AT ALL.

The room was excellent. The location was perfect. The room service was prompt and tasty. The only issue I had was with housekeeping. I was booked for two days, and on the first day, with the do not disturb sign on the door, they started knocking on the door at 11:00 am and continued until they actually walked into the room without knocking at 2:00 pm. Apparently, they had on their list that the room was vacant, so they have organizational issues. Theat was not very pleasant. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

This was a great hotel. Very nice rooms and the free breakfast was great.
