TERRIBLE !!!

2 year annivarsery with my girlfriend. Had planned a special evening to pop the big question, some place else, but asked for a nice room with a good view 2 months early. They gave me a room with nothing but a brick wall and some industrial air vents below. The staff was rude. No room service until 4 or 5. The night was great and the hotel experience was awful!!!!!!!! I will never stay at an embassy suites again.

I just came back from the big 10 tournment with my husband. We stayed here and loved it. We have stayed at quite a few hotels, but I recommend this one as one of the best. The hotel was spotless, the staff could not have been nicer to us, the room was great, and the breakfast they give you was wonderful. I would like to say a special thank you to ?, who helped us with our tickets for the game. We had great seats and he could not have been nicer. A special thank you to "princess" in the dining room for being so gracious and kind to us. I cannot wait to come back there to stay again. You will love it to!!!!

I found the front desk service to be first rate. The TV menu with the remote was hard to navigate between TV stations. The in-room coffee maker should have included with its instructions that the filter was in with the coffee packet. The breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs, french toast, bacon, sausage, omelets, coffee, as well as apple, orange, and cranberry juice. Even hot syrup. I had a two room suite. I thought the price was $ per night but the tax broght up the real price to $. Ouch!

DO NOT stay here! Choose another downtown Indy hotel.

We had a terrible experience with this hotel. We checked in on Friday night to a suite that was over 90 degrees and had non-working air conditioning. We spoke with the front desk the next day and were told that it would be fixed or our room would be moved. After 24 hours, the room just got hotter and hotter and we did not see anyone check the AC. At that time, we were told they were "sold out" and there was one room available. Our room was moved from the 16th floor to the 9th floor, which was cooler, but only had one bed, which meant our family of four had to share a bed or sleep on the floor. It was disasterous and effected the quality of our overall trip since we were traveling with children that did not sleep well. Upon returning home, we noticed that our bank account had been charged for 2 extra charges, that did not appear on the check out bill. We have placed 2 calls to the accounting department as directed by the front desk, with no resolution thus far. We would never stay at this hotel again (and probably any Embassy Suites as well) due to this experience.

The room was excellent. The location was perfect. The room service was prompt and tasty. The only issue I had was with housekeeping. I was booked for two days, and on the first day, with the do not disturb sign on the door, they started knocking on the door at 11:00 am and continued until they actually walked into the room without knocking at 2:00 pm. Apparently, they had on their list that the room was vacant, so they have organizational issues. Theat was not very pleasant. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.
