This hotel room did not match the pictures at all on the website. We were expecting a cabin like feel becuse the pictures showed fireplaces and quilts. The bed and bedding was horrible! There did seem to be a newer building with a great view but we were not in it.

Photos on webstie are of deluxe rooms only.Standard villa was ugly, small and smelly.Not clean.Could see inside bathroom wall by tub.Found someone's socks in bedroom.Took 2 hours to get clean sheets.Front desk rude.

me and my husband was there last week and really enjoyed our stay and do plan on returning mountain loft will definitally be where we stay.

Excellent overall. Units are acutally condos in a resort community. Location is off the main strip in Gatlinburg which I found to be nice. Have full kitchens, and there are 3 pools & at least 2 hot tubs in community. Fitness room & game room in mian clubhouse. We enjoyed our stay. Could hear some general noise form units next to us but that didn't happen very often.

This is one of the top places I have every stayed and have be in many area, will be back every year
