Beautiful Hotel, Great Views, But some Fatal Flaws

The bed was very uncomfortable. The king bed was actually two twins scooted together with a very uncomfortable ridge in the middle. Mattress was cheap and offered little support. I travel a lot on business and, for a luxury hotel, this room had the worst bathtub and shower of any I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was spotless, but the tub/shower combo was very narrow and uncomfortable. The shower screen was a glass door only about 18 inches in width, with the rest of the side open and no other spalsh prevention...it was worthless. It was impossible to take a shower without getting water all over the floor. Additionally, the water temp regulation was awful. Hot, cold, steaming, warm, cool, etc...all random. There was no way to get a decent relaxing shower as you have to try and not get water all over the floor, while at the same time constantly adjusting the water temp. Also, the wireless WiFi was very frustrating. The login and passcode they gave me did not work. They sent a technician up to my room, but the front desk gave him 2 sets of incorrect logins and passcodes before they got one to finally work. I wasted about an hour getting a simple WiFi logon to work.
This is a shame as the hotel was beautiful and in a great location on the lake, but they just fell short in too may areas to get me to ever stay there again.
