Mother's Day/Birthday getaway

Two nice pools. Spacious rooms for the price. Stayed in 2 bedroom, roomy! Staff was very helpful and courteous. Suggestions: Pool could have been a little cleaner, bed could have been more comfortable, could not find the ironing board but we were relaxing so no ironing this weekend! Did not get to take advantage of the country club across the street or the golf, maybe next time. Would definitely stay again. If you are in the area, this is a nice place to stay. On the golf course!

Perfect for us

Beautiful 2-BR (more than the 2 of us need) condo, great price, roomy and well-appointed, clean, upscale. Great area for hiking (& golfing). Pet-friendly. Nice fitness center, fabulous pool, awesome weather -- sure beats being in Idaho in April! Oh, and wireless in our room!

Poor

Some rooms are on golf course, but not all. We stayed on the first floor and heard every footstep all night long for four rotten nights. Very disappointed. Problem was poor construction.Spots on carpets, broken faucet-in pieces-never fixed during the week. Never slept worse while out. A cheap motel 6 couldn't be more noisy.

Not so great for single traveller on short trip

Unless you get a unit with a good view it's not much better than a"Extended Stay" hotel. Having a kitchen is good if you travel with essentials like olive oil, salt, butter, ketchup. Not so great for people who travel by plane and are only there 3-5 days. The area around the property is fantastic. The golf courses are amazing. The room's decor is average, the fireplace and the jacuzzi tub are very nice additions. Would be great for a family. Nice staff.

Big Room - But Horrible Amenities

The room was spacious at the Golf Villas, but that was the only good thing about it. The room did not have the magnatic entry card available and only had one flimsey lock on the door. This was very uncomforable. The room also had a horrible smell, like it used to be a smoking room and they tried to mask the smell. The bed was so horrible I slept on the couch. I also never received maid service. When I complained at checkout I got a luke warm response. Also since it's not a true hotel don't go there expecting a nice lobby, fitness center, swimming pool, restaurants, morning paper or continental breakfast. There's only golf.
