Good Value for the Money

My family and I stayed here for what was supposed to be an overnight stay. Unfortunately we used someone other than the travel website to book our flights and they were booked wrong. We ended up staying another night and not going on to our intended destination. However, the staff at the Jameson Suites was very helpful. Front desk staff was excellent. Apparently a lot of people's reservations did not come through that weekend, but the front desk staff handled everyone in a professional and courteous way. The rooms contain either a King Size or two Doubles, a fold-out couch, kitchette with microwave, sink and refrigerator, color TV with cable and FREE WI-FI. The place is a bit older and the floors on the third floor do not inspire confidence. The facilities are adequate for an overnight stay, but not plush.

Upon arrival, everything was good to go. The hotel was kid friendly by providing for us a baby bed for our 1 yr old son who had his birthday on Saturday during the visit. The staff was real courteous by providing fresh towels, etc and also promptly sending maintenence when the toilet got stopped up. Everything from the kitchenette to the living area was real nice and was definitely worth the price we got. I would stay here again and also will recommed this hotel to anyone I know wanting to stay somewhere in Little Rock.

Great stay! We loved it!

Big and spacious for kids, and enough room to be away from the kids in the same room. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was really nice and sweet. I plan on going back.....everytime we go to AR for the doctor's visits.

I would highly reccomend this hotel. My suite was spacious, and included plenty of extra towels, pillows & blankets. I felt very secure traveling alone and being a senior lady. The breakfast buffet was above average and a big plus. I also took advantage of the free courtesty van to return me to the airport. All my needs were met, and I look forward to staying there again in May. Only disappointment was no "Inside Pool". I could have found one at the Embassy Suites nearby, but would have had to pay quite a bit more.

not a pleasant stay also

Our daughter is getting married in Little Rock and we stayed here to check out this hotel for a possible stay for our guests. Possibly 20 rooms. We would not recommend this hotel for any event where you may be the host. Our room #330 had a shower that leaked into the bedroom area flooring. The heat in the room was uncontrollable. The security door in the side entry near our room, was never locked. The room next to us had a dog, who continually barked whenever the owner left the room. Management was unable to take care of any of these issues.
