The best hotel in Miami...great location, friendly & helpful staff, rooms were very modern & clean!! Table 8 restaurant was expensive but well worth it...the best steak & ceasar salad Ive ever had!! This hotel is def a 5 star hotel!!! Will be back next year!!!

Service has to better at a Motel 6 Towels were 3 star, Linens 3 star, TV and internet almost impossible to use Told Valet was not free by two people and the manager and was charged. Proved it said free on travel website. Address on record takes you to the back of the building. I have stayed at two of the Ritz's in the area.

I have stayed at quite a few places in Miami & Miami Beach and I must say that The Regent was one of the nicest places. It is on the quiet end of Ocean Drive, however a 2 block walk will put yon right into the action. The rooms are fantastic. Just make sure you don't get the rooms looking out over the empty lot on the corner of 15th & Ocean Dr. Will stay here again the next time in town.

From the moment you arrive, Alex will "wow" you! Front Desk staff is accomodating and Manager superb! The rooms are large (the "queen pull-out" is NOT luxury sleeping) however the shower is spectacular! We had a Pool Lanai Room (end unit, more privacy). Although housekeeping tried, we had to ask daily for sheets/pillows for the pullout. We received "turn down" service only 1/5 nights. Staff is willing to go above and beyond IF asked sadly the real pampering is in attention to detail which is lacking. All in all a great experience, the location was truly perfect!
