The room we had booked was so small the two of us could not even move around properly. For an extra $50 a night they gave us a larger room which was better but still small. No TV, internet or other niceities and had to wait for 20 minutes to get one ...Read more

You can't bet the location since your only other option to stay this close to Lake Louise would cost $400 a night or more. You can easily walk to the lake. The rooms were very musty-smelling and basic (no phone or tv). We ate in the lounge, and the ...Read more

It's a very expensive area, so this is reasonable relative to some of the others. The room was small and hot, but the service was good. Not a bad place to stay.

Ask for a room looking out at mt, not courtyard. Beautiful! Rooms very small, not room for much suitcase storage. No AC, phone, TV or elevator. Sink has 2 separate faucets with rubber stopper. Bed uncomfortable. Room very plain, good for hikers. ...Read more
