This hotel is centerally located and the service is outstanding. I suggest staying in the North Tower.

Fabulous view, beds and a handy refrigerator. Extra charges for gym, local calls and internet cable (this in a city covered in free wireless). So, forget the internet (you'll be busy) and be so glad you are sleeping so well with 5 pillows (of differing sizes).

Our room overlooked a hospital. so we jeard ambulances ALL night! Were stuck with a smoking room and the stench was nearly unbearable (had to buy lots of fabreze and leave the windows open). Needs updating. Homeless people sleeping right outside hotel. This hotle had no lobby to sit in (at least at our tower)Housekeeping very polite. Valet friendly.

We decided on Vancouver for our one year anniversary because we were married in Mexico. We picked this hotel because of the possible views...which were GREAT! This hotel is in the heart of downtown and you can get everywhere is less than 10 minutes. And it was the best sleeping bed I have been in including my house!

Had a great location to explore surrounding downtown area. In-house restaurants too pricey, ate mostely elsewhere. Housekeeping not there til late in the day. Room service Caesar Salad was pitifully small, all else good. Parking steep, but valets on target. Three towers require a lot of hiking around. Concierge folks very good.
