My husband & I just spent our first anniversary here. Service upon arrival to departure was phenomenal. Room fantastic. Views spectacular. Shower dreamy. Even the in-room coffee was good. The concierge was probably our biggest score, as they pointed us to two of the best meals I've ever had. We will definitely be back and will not even consider another hotel.

We were very disappointed with our experience at the Wall Centre. The door between adjacent rooms allows sound to travel freely between rooms. We could here entire conversations late into the night. Even on the 24th floor, our view wasn't good. We felt cheated by staying in the north tower - there was never a concierge at his/her post. We were told to go to the south tower every time we needed help. The pool area is not accessible for disabled people from within the hotel. There is no internet access without paying. In general, a high-priced, disappointing experience. Never again.

I requested a room on higher floor - one with a view, and they did not disappoint. The beds and linens are sumptious! The hotel is eco-friendly and environmentally conscious. Staff is personable. Location is outstanding. No complaints. This hotel is a treasure.

Beautiful view. Helpful staff. Very well appointed and clean room. Great location for walking to many places.
