There are a lot of other hotels in Vancouver

Despite booking well in advance and arriving on time room was "unavailable" when we arrived. Desk person very unfriendly and unhelpful. Room was noisy; service had to be requested for expected things like towels. Room was "surface" clean but bathroom unsanitary.

The beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tubs were very relaxing. The bathroom was very nice.

The hotel and staff were excellent, but something I have never run across.... in the South Tower there is a ice machine only on even numbered floors! We were on the nineth floor so we had to go to the 8th or 10th floor for ice!! Get your room in the North Tower, everything is over there. The resturant,gift shop, Starbucks,cafe.

The Wall Centre Sheraton has become over the years one of my favourite hotels.

The location in the center of the West End - close to Davie Street bars and clubs and the close proximity of the Granville Market and the harbor, Yaletown make this hotel a perfect location in the middle of Vancouver.

Convenient to Everything!!!

We wanted a quality hotel in the center of town. Was not disappointed at all... exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended to all travelers!!!
