This place is such a dump. I wouldn't let death row inmates stay in this place. We switched rooms 3 times and that didn't help. The light switches, patio doors, hot water, and shower didn't work. We were booked for 3 nights. We ended up at the Taylor Red Roof Inn after one miserable night in this cess pool. Don't stay there. It stinks and I don't like it.

This hotel was definitely not what I was expecting based on the pictures and description on the website. The hotel room we were given lacked privacy, since the curtains didn't fully cover the window on the first floor. The tissue roll holder was broken and left on the back of the commode. I would have asked for a better room, but none of them looked any better! Then the next morning, they called and asked us when we were leaving! I will never stay there or that chain of hotels again!

The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean. However, the hotel needs alot of minor improvements light switches need to actually turn on lights not turn on nothing, towels need to be replaced-thin/rough, pillows-flat, balcony door did not open, wrong kind of tile to have on floor by pool EXTREMELY slippery when wet-accident waiting to happen, resteraunt needs to be open for ALL three meals not just lunch & dinner then be closed from 1pm Sat to Sunday 3pmHowever the staff was great extremely friendly and helpful.
