We got a good rate therefor I am being kind. Room carpet needed cleaning and neighbourhood is a problem

Considering the hotel's location in downtown Bridgeport and some of the reviews of the neighborhood we expected the worst but were quite pleasntly surprised by an attractive full service hotel with all the amenities we could want.

The rooms was clean, comfortable and inexpensive. It was a huge plus that the hotel had a parking garage across the street as well. I didn't have a lot of time to hunt for quaint eateries in Bridgeport, so the first night I chose the hotel bar. ...Read more
Renewed, remodeled, fun.

Booked the hotel for the indoor pool which was drained. Carpet in room was very dated - otherwise was an "OK" hotel.

The motel is very nice. The food in the restaurant was very good. It has obviously been upgraded from the traditional 70's Holiday Inn decor. The area around the motel does not appear to be to safe though.
